When we reply
We're online Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm Central, with check-ins on Saturday. Realistic expectation: a reply within an hour during business hours, within four hours on weekends, and always within one business day end-to-end.
If you're mid-install and stuck on a panel — flag it in the subject line ("INSTALL HELP - 2024 Civic"). We jump those to the front of the queue so you're not waiting with adhesive curing.
